How to keep nail varnish on?

mine comes off after a couple of minutes or if i take a shower - i bite my nails, but i use topcoats over the colour - why does it keep coming off and how can i stop it?How to keep nail varnish on?

You can buy special nail coats that help to keep your nail varnish on. I use one from the Sally Hansen collection.


Maybe trying one of them would be a good idea :)
