Are there any ways to make nail varnish dry faster?

Ice cold water helps it to set faster, simply hold your nails under a tap. Or, blow on them.Are there any ways to make nail varnish dry faster?

run it under hot water i think? but not to hard very delicate
blow on it.

Adding a drop of baby oil on top of each nail has worked for me.
i have a can of spray nail dryer it drys in seconds
hairdryer, dipping it in cold water( ti makes it shine more too)....or going out into the sun =)
