Manic Panic has the best black nail polish. Maybelline also has one on ther market now.

Barry M, only you have to apply basecoat if you want a PROPER black colour.

orly... i can't remember the name of it, but it is the only black one they make.. go to their website, i love orly it lasts and does not chip as much as other brands..
claires it really cheap and last for like a week
